Any member of the Christian Essentials Class can submit
a prayer request. However due to the size of the class, the request must
be limited to class members or person(s) in the member's immediate family.
To submit a prayer request online, use the link
to the right to send in the specific request or
email to Janet Miller, the Prayer Ministry Coordinator.
If Internet access is not available or there is
an immediate urgency, then requests can also be
made by phone to Jan Miller at (602) 971-7531.
All other prayer requests can be directed to SBC
Women's Ministry at (480) 824-7350 extension 625.
Once a request has been received, it is added to
a list of class prayer needs. This list is updated
and maintained by the Prayer Ministry Coordinator.
Each month a complete list of prayer needs is sent
via e-mail to class members who have volunteered
to pray regularly (i.e., daily) for submitted requests.
These volunteers are called Christian Essentials
Class Prayer Warriors.
Prayer Warrior Requirements:
All prayer requests are to be kept confidential.
Therefore, any class
member who desires to be a prayer warrior must
be able to respect and maintain the confidential
nature of submitted prayer needs. Prayer warriors
must be willing to faithfully pray on a regular
basis for the class prayer requests.
